Scrum Master

A Scrum Master is a servant leader for the Scrum team. Scrum master is not a title, but an accountability. One doesn’t become a scrum master by obtaining a certificate. New Scrum masters should be trained by experienced (agile) coaches to help them to help the team.
In order to achieve true effectiveness of agile teams, it is imperative to have well-trained servant leaders available.

Management
