About me
Why wiegetritt?
On this website I would like to share my passion for cycling and agile.
I have a little cycling team. It consists of a rider (it’s me), a coach (it’s me) and a mechanic (it’s also me). In my blog I tell some stories about cycling challenges. My agile mindset helps me to deal with unforeseeable events during preparations (training), but also during the cycling activities (racing or touring). I always have had to find ways to adapt to new situations.
“wiegetritt” means getting out of the saddle to push forward, make an attack or shake off the competition. In doing so, you leave your comfort zone and make an impact.
It enables a powerful change and is therefore used for getting an advantage.
In order to make any change in business, you also need a first decisive impulse and then a lot of endurance and resilience to adapt to the new situation.
Though leave your comfort zone and get out of the saddle.

What do I Do?
professional Agile Coach
I startet my career as a developer. I first came into contact with Agile in the 90s when I was an architect responsible for a software product for Tier-1 banks. Back then it was still agile theatre.
Since I started working intensively with Agile a lot has changed for the better. As an Agile Coach I am convinced that Agile can help in an era marked by rapid change and constant challenges. Agile is far from dead!
