Clarification
At the beginning it is important to define the goals of the change and create a vision. Measures have to be found for how to know that the mission will have been successful. Risks will be identified and named. Eventually a strategy will be created for the change initiative.
Strategy
Change only works in small steps. The transformation takes place in an agile manner itself: As a learning organization insights are generated, options are determined and validated by experiments.
In that context it is also curcial to design a communication strategy to create transparency.
Culture
Change does not work by decree, but only when employees are involved and responsibility is given to them. Ways and means must be found if the culture in the company has to be changed as well. A coach can provide valuable support here.
